beach visitor, beach health is something you should take seriously, many of
us visit the beach without giving much thought to the dangers. Apart from
the obvious dangers, one of the biggest dangers is the sun.
Without the sun our planet would soon die, but exposing ourselves to the
suns harmful rays without taking precautions, is just asking for trouble.
Before you visit any beach, whether its an island in the Bahamas or a beach
at Clacton-on-sea, give some consideration to your health, and the health of
your children.
You already know you can get skin cancer from over exposure of the sun,
